Tech Support Database

This is a little off topic for the Livingston list, but what the hell.

We are looking for some way to tackle a contact technical database, that
will among other things, track users, and key problems. We would hope to
be able to search this database for typical customer problems, etc. It
would be great if it was a native windows application. If anyone is using
such a beast , or has a suggestions, I would be greatly thankful.
