It is if:
1. The PM is running ComOS 3.3.1 or later.
2. The client supports RFC1877 DNS negotiation (Win95 does if configured).
3. You have set valid DNS hosts in the PM config.

No, the PM stores *all* info as IPs. But if DNS is working when it displays
them to you it shows the name.
