In actual practice, what kind of video can you
deliver over isdn BRI (128K) ? (frame rate / pixel depth / etc).

What kind of compression ratio does STAK achieve for
video (on average) ? Is software based video compression
better (at least, when it's the same on both ends ?).

I've got users asking me this stuff, and I thought
some of you might know.
