My problem with the OR is solutioned.
As you said I raised the dip switch 1 (UP) and I entered via S0. OK I
changed all the configuration, saved all and reeboot the OR. Then I puted
the dip switch 1 down like before and puted ON the OR. Now I can enter via
Telnet through the Ether0 OK.

Now I have a new problem I can not enter in the OR through the S0 with the
dip swithc 1 down.
Why? any ideas?

My configuration S0 is:
