data encryption???

I have several PM2E's serving our normal ISP service,
but we have a customer that is interested in offering
dialup service to their associates, and would like to
outsource that service to us.

The Problem is that they would want some kind of security
to keep the information inaccessible to our average Internet
users.

What I'm wondering is, does the PM do any kind of encryption,
os what kind of software/hardware combination would I need
to get such a product?
