I am attempting to move over to RADIUS and I want to test it first. So I added
the IP address of the RADIUS server in the RADIUS table on the PM. Then I went
into the RADIUS dir, /etc/raddb and added an entry in there for a new user.
Used one of the examples in there to do it. When I dial in and try to log on as
that user, it tells me the host is unavailable.

What don't I have set right?
