Radius authentication

We are a very small ISP presently looking at buying more bandwidth (quite
cheaper) and sharing it with another local ISP. All the accounts are PPP
only, no shell access.

My current set up includes PM-2eR, 30 ports and an UNIX box running RADIUS
and using dynamic IP. Our connection to the Net is via Frame relay and
everything is working 100% perfect. (Thanks Megazone for all the tips along
the way).

To be able to merge, I will need to be able to service 2 class "C" with the
same PM, which I know is no problem.

The other ISP is currently only using a BSD box and digiboard. Our
intention is to merge our modem pool and put them all on Livingston.

What I would like to know is how can I get the authentication done with
RADIUS, running on our server and then if the user is one of his customer,
then the connection gets forwarded to his server for authentication.

A sample of possible RADIUS entry, if at all possible would be appreciated.

I guess the shorter question/explanation would be.

1) How can I have a 2 servers/2 steps authentication for some users and a 1
server / 1 step authentication for other users

2) What would be the difference in the RADIUS entries.

3) What can I use/ How to configure it for the 2nd step authentication.

Thanks in advance
