IP addressing

Good day.

I'm wondering what is the best way to distribute our IP addresses. I want
to distribute it intelligently because of the scarcity of the addresses.

We're able to get 3 Class C addresses: x.x.x.84, x.x.x.85 and x.x.x.86

My problem is how i can maximize their usage, what will my submasks be.

This is our setup:

Now, i'm planning to use the whole x.84 for the main office - routers,
servers, and LAN and i'm going to subnet the other 2 addresses for other
dial-up points.

x.85 : 6 subnets for 30 hosts
x.86 : 14 subnets for 14 hosts

x.84 virtual hosting server
--------------------- | --------> AT&T
| PCs servers | | |
| | | | | | | |s0
| Hub<--->Switch <-----> Cisco 4700-M
| | | | | e0 |s1 |s2 |s3
| PM-2E-30 | | | |
| ||||||||| | | | |
| modem pool | | | |
-------------------- | | |
(dial-up points #1 ,#2 & #3)
using PM-2ER-30

For the virtual hosting server, i'll use another subnet from x.85?
If i'm going to use x.86 subnets for the serial ports, i'll have 12
unused hosts and it's kinda wasted.

Please advise on how i can fully utilize the ip addresses allocated to us.

Thank you very much.
