One thing that you could do to encourge them, especially those with problems
connecting and/or lower than average connects, would be to explain that v.FC
is has no evolution, will never be updated, and most importantly is more
sensitive to line noise. Whereas v.34's new "+" versions have improvements
in most companies ROM codes for compression and reliability (or so they say).

I agree with MZ about v.FC on any modem/card. Throw out the obscure
v.32terbo as well.
