Slow/Freezes PM2E-20 with BRI

I currently have 3 PM2E-30's and 1 PM2E-20 w/ BRI. The 30's have been
seemless with the exception of a problem with the 3.3.2c1 upgrade. However
the 20 w/ BRI seems to accesss the Internet/LAN slower (lags) and freezes
for 5-20 seconds every so often. Has anyone out there experienced this
and/or fixed a problem similar. I need ideas...Thanks,
