spontanious reboots

I need some help in setting up an existing portmaster. I have a customer who
requires a dedicated I.P. # for dial-in.

I have subnetted a class "C" to handle the modem of each of my portmasters.

The user logs in and gets his I.P.# but cannot get anywhere.

When i do a show route i can see all the I.P's except his on the table.

Any suggestions.
