Get a terminal hardwire attached to the PM. You can use a dumb terminal
or a PC or another operating system.

Once attached, log into the PM with the !root account and 'set console'.
When the problem reoccurs, get on the terminal and see if there are any
messages. If you can't capture the output, record any messages.

Execute the following commands and record the output.

sho sessions
sho routes
sho ether0
sho arp ether0
sho nets
sho netc
sho mem

Try to ping any of the other hosts on the ethernet and see what happens.

Since you note this happens when the PM is full you might want to consider
swaping some of the phone lines to even out the call load.
