Liv. FTP site incredibly slow?

I've been unable to do a complete download of any significant length
from ftp.livingston.com for the last three days. Is anybody else seeing
the same? I need to get pmconsole, etc....but I cannot.

I wish Livingston'd left at least a copy of the tarfiles on the
CDROM, instead of only the expanded version.
