The whole frame thing is a bit confusing at first. You need a small
subnet for the various routers on your frame relay network/cloud you are
paying the telco for. Then you correlate a DLCI with an IP address of the
remote router's frame-relay-network interface. All routers on your frame
relay network will be part of this subnet.
One that works, you can route the various subnets via the ip address of
the respective router on the other side of the cloud. The dlci's are not
part of the routing.
