PM2ER ping problem

Hi
I have weird problem with my PM2ER. Today the frame connection started to
go up and down for no reason. Reseting the port few time fixed (or so I
hope :-) but while checking connectivity I discovered that the PM can't
ping anything over the frame link except the other end of the link.

Traceroutes work fine, just no pings, it has no problem pinging anything
on the lan and host that go out through an other router.

Any ideas, I'll reboot it on the weekend, also there is very little load
on it, three isdn and three async connections.
