Short version:

BSPro requests a set of options
PM requests a set of options
PM accepts the BSPro's request
BSPro requests its options again
PM accepts them again.

Note the BSPro did not respond to the PMs option request.
Not sure why the PM didn't ask again.=20

I think rev J is the one you want.

The Win95/BSPro/5BRI/PM link does work for many people.
Just a matter of finding out what to tweek on this one.
