Buy a variable DC power supply like TENMA puts out 20amps @ the voltage you
setup. Take the leads to a bus either buy one or buy the parts from a
hardware store and radio shack (I know) and take the main leads to the bus.
Either cut the cords off the power supplies or purchase from an eltronics
house seperate cords. We support 100 9 volt modems on each power supply with
only one ac outlet. Much cleaner and more managable system. The AC power
comes through a UPS system. This make the system very stable. Only drawback
is you need to turn off all modems to turn on the power supply as this
creates a surge which causes the power supply to trip the protective circuit.
