We need to measure our network traffic through our Livingston routers.
Something like SNMP sampling -- with some computation -- or RMON. Some
questions:
(1) Does Livingston equipment implement RMON? I can get to the SNMP
stuff...but RMON is designed for this.
(2) Does software exist to do this? I'm thinking of something to dump
stats to a file on a periodic basis.
Any clues on these questions? Many thanks for what I can get.
