It is a new paradigm. You do not have individual lines coming in. You
need PRI lines (Primary Rate ISDN) for a PM-3. Each of these lines provides
23 data channels. Each of these data channels can be used for ISDN OR ANALOG
calls. Same channel, all bundled in one line.

Down the road we will over support for channelized T1 dialin - which gives
24 channels, but no ISDN at all.
