The reason we do not have a way to monitor CPU load is that it is pointless.
Due to the architecture of the unit the CPU never even gets close to a full
load. The bus would be loaded to max before the CPU could get that full, and
that itself should also be prevented by the architecture - recurse, etc, ad
nauseum...
Monitoring the load on the CPU would just be another code bloat with no
practical use. So we don't do it.
