channel bonding ISDN

How can I get a PortMaster PM2e-10i-u ISDN to use 2 64k channels at once =
(channel bonding, multilink PPP, whatever) with either an Ascend Pipline =
75 or a Motorola Bitsurfer. I called Livingston tech support and they =
told it can only be done if my BRI lines are in a hunt group, which =
they're not.=20

If this is impossible, what's the benefit of using the PM2e-10i-u =
instead of regular ISDN terminal adapters on any terminal server, such =
as a Computone that can do >115kbps per port?
