All this talk about modem problems, is there any chance that the problems
we all have is related to equipment at our COs. We have been using
Motorola Power 28.8s here.(minimum problems) We recently put in a remote pop
in a city about 15 miles away, stayed with the Power 28.8s and have a
terrible time at the POP with them. Nobody can seem to get much better
than a 19,200 connection and some people with 14,400 modems can't beat 9600.
