PAP Negotiations -- SCREWED

Many many many many many of our users who are using PAP to negotiate their
connection are having problems getting rejected. The PM is rejecting their
user information. However, if the user hangs up and redials enough times,
it will eventually let them in. This problem isn't limited to Win95. We've
seen it with Microsoft's dialer for Windows 3, Netscapes Dialer, and
Trumpet Winsock as well. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
We've got some *really* frustrated customers at the moment, and I don't
have anything to tell them!

We're running ComOS version 3.3.2c1 on pm2e-30's

By the way, I called Livingston about this more than a week ago, but as of
yet, have heard nothing back. I called them again this morning and still
haven't heard anything back. I would like to thank Livingston for showing
me a GREAT new way to handle tech support! When a customer calls and has a
problem, just give them a random number (we could call it a trouble ticket
or something) and tell them that someone will call them back. It's that
easy! You don't even need technicians!
