Win 95 lusers

Does some one have a list of do's and don'ts for win95 users (ppp) who
are using the dial-up networking. I need it for my support staff. I am
starting to get users who simply cannot log on, or get disconnected as
soon as they are validated. All of my users are setup for PAP, the win95
users are the only ones having a problem. I know this has been hashed
and re-hashed a b'zillion times but I wasn't paying attention. A URL for a
FAQ would be cool too.
