OR-HS W1 port not saving config

We rolled out 2 OR-HS routers last night after configuring them at our host
site. When installed at remote sites, all the W1 port setup info was gone. I
know for certain I saved the setup repeatedly during the config.. Is this a
problem with the OR-HS? If we lose power at that site will I lose the W1
setup? They are running ComOS 3.4.2L.
