I have just rejoined this list after a 5 month absence.
The PM 3 has sparked my interest.
We offer ISP aggregate and co-lo services off our #5ESS cellular
switch. I would like to consider the PM 3 as an alternative to Xylogics,
Ascend and USR equipment for future additions.
With that, I'd like to tap the reader base on PM 3 experiences as follows:
-Overall Stability of the box. My guess is that the box is as stable
as the other Livingston products?
-Digital modem interop with the myrad of V.34 modems on the market.
We have had bad experiences with the Xylogics and Ascend, Rockwell
chipped boxes.
-BRI call B-channel bonding within a chasis or PRI.
-BRI call B-channel bonding across chassis.
For a Livingston Rep..
-Can the box handle a channelized T-1 connect instead of PRI?
