Accusations (fwd)

First - the issue was an open issue with Carry. Support WILL IGNORE THEM.
We DO NOT get involved in open cases being worked on by field techs. Since
it was an open issue with a field tech who was already involved with it
support will delete it unacknowledged. It is not our issue to work on.
This is nothing new, it has been that way at least for the past year. That
is what I did when I was doing email starting last September. It is stupid
to have support try to jump into the middle of an issue when they haven't
been working on it and there is already someone else working on it.

The problem is that Cary didn't respond then - and he is not a support
engineer so accusing support is wrong.

The fact that Cary didn't respond is not ok, but that is another issue. I
don't know why - only Cary would know that.

1. You sent it to his private home domain and not to his work account.
2. His home email is not considered a valid way to contact him about
Livingston issues.
3. He wiped out his email at one point during an upgrade. Since it isn't
supposed to be used for things like this it wasn't a concern.

You made a blanket accusation about support email when this doesn't even
concern support email.
