We have one - but it doesn't work. Email was supposed to be cut into
the call tracking system very early this year. But the system had bugs.
So we waited for the next release. It still had bugs... repeat...

Right now we are waiting on the next release which is claimed to work

When we finally get it in place it will be very nice. Way back when I
worked on the team that spec'd out what we wanted/needed. I was really
looking forward to having it in place. Now I just want to see it actually
working.
