all 0's or all 1's in subnet address?

Hello. I'm using ComOS 3.3.3 and before I went off and considered subnetting,
I was curious if a pm2e running 3.3.3 will allow subnet addrs using all 0's
or all 1's. That is, if I use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.192 (a /26 block
I believe) can I use all 4 chunks of 64 addresses (62 usable) or can I only
use 2 of those chunks?

One of our other pieces of network equipment currently does not support use of
all 4 networks in this case and I wanted to see if this will also be an issue
on the pm.
