Recently I noticed my PM2e does not sever one of my customer PPP link
even after the computer has been idle beyond the 15 minute. I have set
the Idel Timeout for all of the PM2E ports to 15 minutes.
After a little bit of snoofing around, I noticed that as long as the
customer has his "After Dark" screen saver on, he is not getting
disconnected due to Idle Timeout. Disable the screensaver and he gets
disconnected after 15 miutes !
Any suggestions ? (short of ordering him not to use his screen-saver!)
