PM2ER minus the "R"

I overloaded my router portion of my PM2ER with a few
heavy-hit web sites, so I put in a dedicated router.

What procedure should I follow to completely shut down
the WAN port and routing functions to make it a plain
ole terminal server like a PM2E30 (minus the R)?
