I have had to write the init string to the ROM of the modem because the
Portmaster will take the string, blink the lights on the modems, the
AA(auto-answer) light will come on, but the modem will not answer calls. I
have to manually flick the modem off and on to get the modem to read the
written init, and answer calls.
If I reset from the PM... the modems will not answer.
The string is just a simple AT&F&D3S0=1&W, both in the modem table and the
one I wrote to the ROM.
Any suggestions?
