I'd suggest you talk to the telco about the first third and fourth BRIs.
Those three BRIs don't appear to be stable given the number of 'start' up
attempts, the time since the last 'change' and the number of 'Err'ors.

I'm not sure an upgrade to 3.3.3 will help.

What would also be useful is some trend information, like a 'show isdn'
every hour or half hour.
