None that I know of. You need to be using pminstall 3.3.1 (or
PMconsole for Windows 1.1) if you're going to a 3.3.1+ release, but
from 3.1.4 to 3.3.2c1 should be fine, given that caveat. The network
may have burped during the download of the new image and corrupted it,
which would make the box go screwy when it tries to reboot; if that's
the case it'll have to be netbooted with a generic image, reFLASHed,
and set up from scratch with the new image.
