At first glance, this doesn't seem to be too useful, since if the user has
the caps lock on, the password will be incorrect no matter what you do.

I suppose it helps with the case of win95 capitalizing the account name in
DUN, but as a general rule, it doesn't seem worth it.

However, I could be wrong.
