Is your line frame-relay or conventional?

If it's conventional, then going from a 384k to a full T1 requires
reconfiguring your CSU to use all 24 channels instead of just 6. It's
possible some CSUs might let them do this remotely, but normally you
would have to do some button pushing on your CSU.

If your line is frame, then you might already have been running all 24
channels to the frame cloud, and your upgrade would not require a CSU
reconfig.

Either way, your CSU should be able to tell you how many channels
you're using now.
