We're having a similar problem with a new frame relay installation. With
an IRX-114 on one side and an OR-HS on the other. The IRX-114 correctly
arps the IP on the OR-HS, but the OR-HS discovers the DLCI but shows an IP
of 0.0.0.0 - I don't get it, but I'll be playing with it again Monday.
