Yes. The PM3 can be used without the modem cards for either ISDN or leased
line service. When analog support is needed, you can add any number of

Again, modem and ISDN can only be combined with PRI service, but through the
use of a dynamic WAN switching architecture, the PM3 can automatically
switch between ISDN and analog modem calls without any configuration of the
incoming channels.
