Found the problem.
While on the phone with Livingston Tech support, she ( and I wish I could
remember her name ) asked me to check the Netmask on the Portmaster. Lo
and behold it was set for 255.255.255.254 unstead of .252. Change that,
reset W1 and the circuit came right up.
