On top of that:
1. Rockwell has a competing standard that may not work with USR.
2. AT&T also has one. Ditto.
3. From what I've seen all 3 are trying to get the ITU-T to accept it as a
new standard.
Do they think we've forgotten V.FC and V.FAST?
When there is a standard (And I expect their will be soon) then it is a
serious consideration.
