To all who care (and all should), I got this off of inet-access. I'm
posting again here because it gives a way to respond, which is important.

>Bellsouth's aborted ISDN rate increases are going through again.
>
>Bellsouth recently announced ISDN rate increases for all states they cover,
>except Tennessee. The new rate increases would move nailed down connections
>from around $90/month to around $430/month.
>
>Opposition, at least in Georgia, has apparently forestalled this. Now
>BellSouth is moving ahead in Alabama where opposition is expected to be
>less. One can only assume that once Alabama rates go up, other states will
>be soon to follow.
>
>If you feel you are affected by this, please contact Electronic Frontiers
>Georgia now at pooh@efga.org. You do not have to current have ISDN to be
>affected, you may wish only to get it in the future, or perhaps only to
>communicate with those who do have ISDN in ALabama.
>
>Comments should be faxed to the Alabama PSC. Please request a hearing, and
>request intervention (makes you a party, so you can comment)
