The plan is 33.6 at FCS. If we don't feel the 33.6 code is solid enough we
will fall back to 28.8 for FCS as that has had a longer test cycle. We
took a sensible route - first we ran V.32bis solidly, then went to V.34, and
then to V.34+/bis.
AFAIK the plan is still 33.6 at FCS.
