Is your line frame-relay or conventional?

This makes no difference. You must change your CSU to use all 24 =
channels. Even if you came in on a T-1 to the frame cloud, the CSU =
would still need to be reconfigured to use all 24 channels (the =
frame relay provider has to reset their CSU also).

Either way, your CSU should be able to tell you how many channels
you're using now.

Exactly, your CSU has to be set up to use the timeslots on the =
T-1.
