Re: ISDN rate increases from Bellsouth

BellSouth is currently flat-rate ISDN, period (here in AL - business
about $93.50/month and residential about $69/month). I understand
they are planning to introduce timed usage only, allowing 200 hours (AT A
PRICE DECREASE). Over 200 hours it is $.01/minute I think. Ie. they
are deliberately targeting the full-time users. The $430 is what
I assume a whole month would be, calculating the timed access.

The sugar is that it is a PRICE DECREASE for all "legitimate" ISDN users.
