Huh? We have an 800 number: 800-458-9966.

Yes. It supports static routes and RIP currently, with OSPF in beta
currently. Do you have the product yet? If so, the manual should be of
some help. There are also some quick start guides in our customer
service/tech support section on the web.

Absolutely not.

No--both work in North America, although you need an NT1 in North America to
use the OR S/T. They both support all NA and Overseas switch types.
