Assigned/Negotiated

When we were field testing the OR-U, I ran into a problem
with assigned IP addresses. When the OR-U would dial into
the PM, and authenticate via radius, if there was an
Assigned Address in the OR-U and one in radius, EVEN
though they were the same, the auth would fail. Basically
the PM way saying, no you can't have that address you are
requesting, even though its the same one I am about to sign
you. After testing the OR-U, which included an upgrade to
ComOS 3.3.2c1 on the PM side I moved the OR-U to the
customer site, and put my P25 back it. Now it doesn't
require the negotiated entry in radius, and works fine.

Any clues as to why/what is going on here? I would like
to put the static address of the OR-U in the radius
entry, but the auth fails with an LCP NAK when I do
that. I can get the PPP debug if anyone wants to see
it.
