Proxy Server

I am looking for a proxy server for Windows Nt for a customer. Tell me
if I am doind the right thing. I have a customer that need to access the
Internet via a direct ISDN connection. All they are going to do it
browse the Internet and get emial. They have 30 machines to put on the
net. I would assume they only need a block of 5 ips so the Ascend will
be 1 ip, the NT proxy server will be another IP, and the rest of the
network will be on an INTRANET. Am I going about it the right way. With
the Ascend, how can I add a route to recognize both the Internal Network
and the real IP network. I have seen a couple of proxy servers for NT
but they suck. I have never set one up and I need and easy one to set
up.
