1. We're not going to email a huge tarball out everytime someone asks for it.
2. Why have a human involved when a CGI script can do it, and do it faster,
at any time of day?
Originally we were only going to give out the source on the CD-ROM. No
other options. I'm the one who decided to work out a web bases system,
just to be nice.
