refer to http://www.livingston.com/Tech/Docs/index.shtml to get IRX
documentation off of the web. pull down your version of ComOS doc and the
internetwork router install guide.

as long as this new server has an IP address that is in the same subnet as
the last, there should be no router configuration necessary (unless you want
to do server specific filtering). just attach the 2nd server and specify
the IRX-211's IP address as your gateway router and you should fly (of
course you'll need domain name server address too for dns).
