The first INIT string I tried was AT&F1s0=1&W....didn't help
The second string I tried..at&f&h3&r2&i2&b1&a3x4s25=200s10=100&w
..nothing there, either.
I also had suggestions to drop to command mode and check the speed after
a few minutes online, the thought there was that the speed was going up
after time...well, when I dial into a 28.8...I connect at 24000 and
after 3 mins, I was upto 26400. When I dial into a 33.6, I connect at
21600 and stayed at 21600! One time I even went down to 19200!
When I use IE3.0/Netscape3.0, I can 'see' the improved speed when
dialling into the 28.8s.
I hope I can get these to work....I'm stuck with them :-|
